USSR? Burma?
Newfoundland
Congratulations, Chris Ryan! USSR stamps were demonetized, and Burma changed its name but still exists as a country. Newfoundland stamps denominated in cents were not demonetized when they were replaced by Canadian stamps in 1949, so they are still valid for postage in Canada. I’ll post a new trivia question next week.
